As a certified strength & conditioning specialist, I’m here to help you, the everyday busy AF woman, take control of your own fitness to build body that is ready for anything.

I started Unbound Fitness from the passionate thought that your fitness isn’t tied to the gym. It’s for every. single. day. From carrying in the groceries in one trip to saying yes to the scary yet fun adventures outdoors.

Who is it for?

You’re a new-ish or intermediate lifter that is (re)starting or leveling up your fitness.

You are committed to fitness being a part of your life. You have experience with exercise like following along with an app or YouTube workouts, but you know you’re capable of more.

You want it all - the strength, cardio, mobility but you’re not sure how to put the pieces together yourself.

You have 60 minutes three times a week to workout.

You want to incorporate lifting, running, & maybe even kettlebells into your training.

You want to know how to be effective with your time without figuring it all out yourself.

You don’t need someone watching your every rep in-person but want to finally feel like you aren’t alone.

How does this process work?

1Apply

This coaching program isn’t right for everyone. The application process helps us (you + me) figure that out. If it’s a good fit, I’ll send you an email to schedule the assessments. If not, I’ll send over some other options and recommendations.

2Assess

To know if your training plan is effective, we need to know where you are starting from and what limitations, if any, we are working with. Via zoom, we will get to know each other, complete the movement screen, & custom fitness assessment.

3Train

Within 14 days of your assessment, your training plan will be loaded into the app. You’ll get a video introduction to the plan and approach for your goals. Then it’s time to work.

Need some technique help?

You want to do it right and you definitely don’t want to get hurt. You want to be effective with your time and not waste it all figuring how to do an exercise on your own.

This skill-focused hour is for 1-3 exercises, depending on your experience & movement complexity.

This is great for kettlebell skills like swings, snatches, get-ups, etc. or any standard barbell/dumbbell exercises.

It is NOT a workout. It is NOT for competitive style powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting.
